Beautiful, beautiful book, informative, well-researched and fascinating

My wife was so pleased with the book she posted her thoughts on Twitter prompting further purchases by some of her followers..

This is a lovely book for researching the history of flowering plants. It's also very cleanly laid out and an interesting read to just flip through. The illustrations are useful and nicely done. All in all, a very pretty book to add to your collection.

I gave this book to my daughter-in-law as a Christmas present. Like me she was delighted with the beautiful illustrations and attractive presentation of the fascinating information about the history of many familiar flowers.

Only flicked through quickly but at first glance looks like a really lovely book with beautiful illustrations but it did arrive with the top right corner of the front cover torn as shown in the image, which is slightly disappointing
