This mirror is perfect for what we needed. I was looking for a mirrored cabinet that had a charger point inside for electric toothbrushes and a light that meant you can have softer lighting when having a bath. I spent a long time online and actually ordered a mirror from a leading bathroom website which was double the price! When the expensive mirror arrived the lights on the front were so ugly. All of the other mirrored cabinets look like they should be in a hotel or airport and just wasn’t our style. We wanted just a simple cabinet. I searched Amazon on a whim and found this one. It’s £150 cheaper than the ugly one and although it has less features, it’s absolutely perfect. It’s slim and sleek. The door is soft closing and the space inside is great. The light glows from the back (onto the wall) so it’s not the type for extra illumination for makeup etc, however this is perfect for us as we didn’t like the look of the lighting strips being on show anyway. The soft light is turned on and off by a switch at the side. The double sided mirrored door is great too.Has to be hard wired. The electrician has taken the details of this mirror as he said for the price he is going to recommend it to all his customers. (Style a. Black Matt unit with mirrored door)

Looks great and a decent price, but had problems with the order (received two carcasses and no door) then issues returning the extra carcass once a door had arrived (courier was told two items not one, so couldn't take it), then when it was finally fitted in my awesome new bathroom (Corona stopped play), the glass shelves are too small for the mounts by 2 inches AND light in the mirror flickers! It's so annoying, random and distracting, I've had to disconnect it from the wall.Really wish I'd not bothered.

Great quality, good size cabinet. Arrived well packaged, unlike a previous one which turned up damaged. Looks really nice in my ensuite. Plumber fitted it, and it seemed straight forward.

I bought this for my new bathroom and I love it. Unfortunately the first one that arrived was damaged but i emailed and sent a photo and a replacement arrived within a few days.the inside is mirrored and it provides a bright light. i can stored loads inside and everyone has commented on how nice it is. Can fully recommend.

The product is good, good quality, elegant look BUTto my dismay the lights of the cupboard started not working on one side after a very short few month and not even a year after purchase the second side stopped working. Meaning less than a year after purchase the light function of the mirror cupboard is not working anymore. We tried to contact the customer service but since we bought on amazon were told to contact through amazon which we didnt manage. So take care, if the light is an important part of your decision!

I was delighted to be recommended this cabinet by the plumber of our ensuite shower room.The quality was questionable, especially the back of the cabinet but we got over that.Then 18 months after buying & installing, the light on the biggest door started to intermittently work, the light would work, when the door was shut.But when the door was opened, it would turn itself off, then it completely stopped working.I had an electrician look at the cabinet and he was shocked at the poor design of the wiring loom used and said contact the company to see if you can a new wiring loom.I contacted them via AMAZON, a month ago, as I had to but I have heard nothing back & don't expect to.So I'm off to start a social media campaign on ELEGANT SHOWERS to get me some answers.Wish me luck.Buy the JOHN LEWIS one

I love this product because it looks great and I can charge my electric toothbrush in it without having it being on show. The storage space is great and I love the fact that the lighting is behind the mirror rather than on it. No complaints from me and I'd recommend it.
