It's literally water with soap, I've never had this issue until recently when I ordered it before It literally is like putting water in ur soap bottle when have little soap left! Wasted my money and couldn't even get a refund. DO NOT BUY IT FROM THESE SELLERS, the shampoo in itself is great and has always been my go to, however I'd never would be it from here ever again
