I was excited to receive this Transformers figure, but unfortunately, the condition of the packaging was very disappointing. The box arrived with noticeable damage on the corner, including tears and creases, which you can see in the attached video. As a collector, the condition of the packaging is important, and this damage took away from the overall experience. While the figure itself seems fine, the poor handling or packaging by the seller significantly diminished my satisfaction. If you’re buying this as a collectible, beware that the packaging might not arrive in pristine condition. I expected better from both the product manufacturer and Amazon’s delivery service.
