What is the thickness of these acetate sheets?

They are thin enough that they don't really measure with ruler so I would compare them to a thick piece of cardstock similar to the 110lb stuff. Also they are covered in thin plastic on each side that has to be removed before cutting or scoring.

Are these clear or colored like.pink blue? etc

These are very clear, I use them for windows in treat boxes. They come with a protective film on both sides so don't panic it is actually clear.

What is the thickness of a single sheet of this material (if you don't own a set of calipers please don't respond)?
