Strong watermelon flavor, depends on if you are/ are not a fan of the taste. These drinks are great for hydration and keeping away the brain fog. I’ve been drinking them while breastfeeding when I feel lower energy or have been out running errands or physical work. I definitely think they play a big part in me staying hydrated and feeling well. I prefer this brand over other coconut water brands because they have no added sugars just the fruit and coconut water.
