I’ve been using this B liquid vitamin for a while now, and I can definitely feel the difference! It provides a great energy boost without any jitters, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my focus and overall well-being.The liquid form is a huge plus—it absorbs quickly and is much easier to take than pills. The taste is pleasant (or at least tolerable), and it mixes well with juice or water if you prefer.

That B12 Be Hittin' Though!
I've always been in need of a good B12 supplement, due to being a type 2 diabetic taking metformin, a diabetes drug that blocks your body from absorbing B12...pharmaceuticals, what would we be without them? How about B12 sufficient....Tired of taking shots at my doctor's office, taking less than optimal quality supplements, I decided to try NutraChamps B Complex. I want to, I need to be a NUTRACHAMP in my life. No shame here. Anyway, after reading the list of Bs: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12(methylcobalamin), folate and D-Biotin. Each vitamin provides 100% of your daily need, except for B12 (1500mcg) provides, get this, 62,500% of your daily need, while D-Biotin, 1,333% (400mcg). Now this, I question, is this really necessary? Why so much? I'm sure I'm weeing out most of what my body uses but at the same time, this did impress me for some odd reason. This is of course, vitamin overkill. I feel the need to conduct more research as to why the overload of B12 and D-Biotin (B7). So much to learn, so little eyes! The taste is berry strong, with a coying raspberry flavor, (one mL, a full dropper) this is not to be taken raw...mixed with a little water (2-3oz), tastes like a tastee freez pop.I have, over the past 3 months found it to give me energy, helps my metabolism unless I decide to each a 7.5 oz bag of Frito Lays (don't judge...life...). That B7(D-Biotin) is really good for fat burning, mood and helps with keeping me regular concerning digestion. I do feel overall really good when taking this in the morning to start my day. And, the best evidence is seeing a great increase in my B12 levels on a 3-month blood test. Now that my numbers are decent, I take this supplement only 3 days per week and will keep tabs on how I feel and with periodic lab testings. AND, I hope the fellas consider this too!I plan to keep this, like my LL Cool J records, in rotation! :)

Dermatitis issues!
I'm usually very happy with the Vitamin B complex drops - but this time we decided to try the gummies because the teenager loathes the taste of the drops. Taste is odd, but not unusual for Vitamin B. The real problem is we have broken out in rashes - dermatitis behind the ears and on our chests. It has been two weeks since taking it and nothing else has changed in skincare/haircare/supplement routines. Derma said it is most definitely a side effect of too much Vitamin B - will attempt to take one every other day and see if the rashes go away.
