I was incredibly skeptical of something having as big of an effect as this product claims to do. I thought I would give it a try, as I needed to try SOMETHING to help me feel better. I researched the power of Moringa a lot before I settled on this product.You guys, I've only been drinking this in water for three days, and I feel human again. Something in my body has been out of whack for a long time, causing me to feel low to the point of depression. I drank my first bottle of water before bed, and woke up the next morning feeling a tad better. The second day, I woke up 10 minutes earlier than normal and voluntarily got out of bed instead of going back to sleep until the latest moment possible. The third day, I was smiling all day long. I can't 100% say it was because of this powder, but I know it's been months since I've felt human.The powder itself has an earthy smell to it - but it's a leaf, you guys. It's going to. I put it into a bottle of water, shook it up real good a few times, and drank it. The taste, to me, isn't too different from an unsweet tea. Earthy, but not overpowering. There was no grittiness, it's a very fine powder. I've only put 1/2 a teaspoon into each bottle, as I read some recommendations to start with a smaller amount until your body gets used to it. There are 227 teaspoon-size servings in this bag. Well worth the money, in my opinion.

This product changed my life. I can’t be with out it. I had an auto immune disease I couldn’t fix. This practically erased everything that was causeing me health issues. I use to get dizzy everyday. I've used this for two weeks now and not changed anything else in my dietary routine. My wife has been taking it too. We have both noticed an increase in overall energy - not a coffee jag, but a gentle uptick. I have also noticed a reduction in discomfort and stiffness in arthritic fingers and joints. I'll review further after taking this for a longer time.The product itself seems fresh and packaging is good - foil envelope easy to reseal and expunge air. The indicators mentioned in my earlier review have born out: more energy and reduction in joint stiffness and arthritic symptoms overall. The powder has kept well in the refrigerator, sealed tightly, and we find its earthy flavor, which some may find getting used to, is fine on cereal, hot and cold, and mixed in smoothies with fruit juice, banana, and strawberries. We will continue to order from these folks.

1 year later into using it on and off and found 2 human hairs in it. Don’t buy this product. I’m so grossed out. I normally don’t do reviews but this is necessary. $20 down the drain.

I purchased this supplement a couple weeks ago I wanted to try it out before I gave a review. Well let me tell you why & how I ended up purchasing it. First of all, about a month ago on Christmas eve I was at the store that I get my alkaline water from, I started talking to the owner about trying to get my body together, “healthy”, during the conversation he started telling me about moringa & the benefits it has on the body. So I did as I normally do…RESEARCHED IT… I found a lot of information & a lot of “positive information” about it. So I decided to purchase some. I looked at a lot of brands & a lot of reviews, then I factored in the cost.I decided to go with this brand Zen Principle, & I can say I made the right choice. I have been taking this for 2 weeks now & can truly see the difference it has on my body. I have an increase in energy, & my joints don’t ache as much, & as a person who suffers from arthritis, that’s a godsend. The cost is very affordable, which I can appreciate. I mix it powder in my juice & have not had a any problem with the taste or the dissolvability of it. I keep it stored in a mason jar.As I stated this is a review after using it for 2 weeks. I wish I had known about this product before, but as they say, better late than never. This is my first transaction with this company, but it will not be my last. They have a good product at an affordable price. I am a happy customer.
