I have decided to go with Krounch beej aka Mucuna Pruriens instead of Tyrosine because I didn't like using something synthesized in the lab. People who take L Tyrosine tend to cycle in order to not develop tolerance or a mismatch of dopamine to serotonin levels. I have used Mucuna for more than a month and didn't feel any negative effects. Instead I feel more drive to accomplish tasks and take up new ones. Herbs have full spectrum benefits which are better absorbed and beneficial for the body. Product has flour like smell but when you taste it you can get the seed like flakes onto your tongue. Happy with the product to recharge my dopamine circuits and balancing my neurotransmitters. Note: If you start feeling unhappy after a while it could be because your dopamine is at an upper level.
