Dropped the R one on the first day. Refused to pair after that.It was difficult to work the volume control. I couldn't figure out the difference between a "tap" and a "strike" with regard to the touch sensors.Incredibly stylish and paired very easy with phone and laptop, however not very durable. I literally dropped 1 earbud, 1 time, and they no longer worked because they couldn't pair.

I use these daily and love them, just wish the batteries lasted longer

The Bluetooth earphones work very well. I listen to music while exercising and the sound is very crisp. The reason for the 4 rating is because the instructions that came with the product were hard to read and understand. I eventually had to get the instruction manual from the internet.

Nice charging case, good battery life, perfect for the gym!

It doesn't charge your phone twice or your ear buds several times I was able to charge my ear buds 4 times before having to recharge the box the sound quality isn't the greatest but what really sucks is they're horrible on a phone call
