Q: Is there anyway to buy the little thin bnc to sdi input cable separately? The converter works fine but cable is bad

Q: Can i connect this to my existing anker powered usb hub? existing setup is my laptop is getting network/internet connections from the usb hub. thanks!

Yes. But. USB 3.0 has a finite amount of shared bandwidth, 5 Gbit. Which seems like a lot until you convert bits to bytes. 1080p over the USB link will consume about 1/2 of the overhead. So as long as you take that in to consideration you should be fine.

Q: Does this come the needed adapter for MCX to BNC?

Yes the included adapter cable has a Female BNC connector on it. - Go Electronic

Q: How much internet bites will this devise use?

This unit does not encode or stream video to the internet. Rather, it provides an interface to connect your video source (camcorder or switcher) to your computer. You then use appropriate streaming software on computer such as vMix, Wirecast, OBS Studio etc. and those apps will accept the video source from Magewell and the app is what encodes and streams the video to the web, using your settings for resolution and bitrate for the stream.
