I bought these after the Alive mens vitamins weren't available and have noticed and general overall improvement in health, energy levels and joints over the last month. Not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for.

There’s a lot of choice out there for minerals & supplements, but quality & performance for fast results are few and far between. After using these 3 supplements for a couple of years now, it gives me my daily energy and offers me consistent relief for back pain/ inflammation from a former injury, allowing me freedom of movement when playing golf. I’m diabetic and just over 50 and was getting quite tired from it so bought these to see if they would help. I started getting quite noticeably moody after a week of taking these and waking up very early like 2-5 am. I’m no nutritionist but there are a number of things in it that might cause that I believe, like chromium and maybe vitamin b12 too. I noticed the nrvs seem quite high - these are percentage of daily requirement, so 1600 is 16 x daily dose. I think I will get some professional advice on this.

I am a repeat buyer because the multi-vitamins are great quality. The most recent order was delayed and Amazon sent a message to tell me that if I wanted to know the anticipated date of arrival I should click the link they gave and message the seller. I clicked the link and never got a response to my request, and I still haven't received the vitamins. It wouldn't take much for them to fire off a quick answer. I feel like they do not consider me as a customer to be very important to them.

A best in class multi-vitamin that truly gives results. Excellent value compared with the competition and another class act added to the Tom Oliver range.
