Gladding 550 Paracord (7-Strand) 100ft. (Red)

Bought this as a gift for our scouting son. Don't know much about paracord, other than he likes to work with it. Liked yhe price, but red was not as bright as I would have liked. Hoped for more of an "arrest me red"; but still red, not faded or anywhere near pink.

I originally ordered 100ft of Black paracord and 100ft of red paracord. The order was split up, and in the first package, I received the black. In my second package that arrived a day or two after, I received another 100ft of black paracord. While receiving an extra 100ft of black paracord is great, it's not what I ordered, or need for that matter.

I'm by no means a paracord expert however this seems to be good quality. It is not the fake cotton inner strands stuff you can buy for $2-$3. I saw the review saying the red was not a true red, however my red looks exactly like the one in the picture. It is possible they picked pink by mistake or were shipped pink by mistake.

Not exactly the "red" I was anticipating...this item was more pink/lavender. Had totrade with someone who had the exact RED I was looking for.
