Soooo frustrated
NEW EDIT So I thought the bags were the issue for my Nova, but it turns out there was something actually inside my dustbin that was blocking the flow. It took me turning the whole machine upside down to figure out what was going on before I finally found what was blocking it. I got these for my iHome Nova. I cannot for the life of me get these to work for mine. I’ve gone through every hack I can find to get these to work. Every single time, it tells me “check dust bin” and something about it being blocked. There’s nothing blocking it. I have reinforced the cardboard, I have pulled it this way and that, I have cut it shorter, tried pulling it up a bit, I’ve stuck my finger through the bag and into the hole to make sure it’s matched up and nothing is in the way and it’s matched up perfectly. I’ve also removed the little cardboard center thing that blocks the hole when you remove the bag. Still won’t work. Beyond frustrating. Has anyone had this issue???? Please help. I hate this product
