I have so many books on my shelf, which are pretty heavy, too. I browsed many bookend models for weeks to find the right one for my books. What I like the most about this product is the weight. The weight is heavy enough to support my books. The design of the bookends is so elegant and sophisticated. The vertical shape helps support books even better. I might buy one more set in the future. One of my best buys on Amazon :)

These bookends are exactly what I needed for the floating shelves in my living room. They are very detailed and really look great. They are also weighted so they are very functional. I would definitely buy again or buy as a gift for someone.

These book ends are well made & cute

I was so excited to get these cool zombie bookends for my friend who is really into that sort of thing. He opened the box, and was disappointed to discover that the smaller of the two knives was snapped off at the book. No worries, I’ll just return it and get a new set. The SECOND set arrived with the same issue — smaller knife was BROKEN! So this time, I ordered another set as a new order, thinking that if it arrived broken again, I would just keep the good ones from both sets and return the broken ones, but surely that won’t happen… Third time is the charm, right? WRONG. The third set came in this evening, and sure enough, that skinny knife just didn’t make it intact. Must be a design flaw. So I’m sending the broken ones back, and my friend will just have a mismatched set and the spine of one of the books just faces the wrong way on the shelf.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE! They are poorly made, and there is clearly a weakness in the design. To receive THREE broken ones is just ridiculous. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!
