The Kitopa Adjustable weight bench is very simple and easy to assemble with only one foot requiring bolting on, the rest of it is secured with removable pins so it's all simple and easy to setup and also to adjust.The bench is strong and sturdy and appears very well made and it even comes with exercise bands for additional workout options. The bench isn't expensive and is really good value for money.

Got this bench and do weekly workouts with my PT. Very good except one of the connecting joints has some play which means it can jolt slightly when initially sitting down but after that great. The resistance bands are ok I guess but prefer to use my own which feels more sturdy so I took them off. Would have been 5* if it were not for the jolly connection

Arrived on time, perfect quality, the comfortability of it is amazing. It is also very light weight so it’s easier for even the weakest of people to carry it. It literally took seconds to put together, perfect for its price. I would definitely recommend this item ✌🏻❤️

For the price, this is really decent. I'm very happy with my purchase. The seat and leg rests doesn't adjust, so for myself at 6 foot (1,81m) it's not a 100% perfect fit, but it is not a problem either. If you are closer to 5'10'' it would probably be perfect for you. It's a tiny bit wobbly sometimes when I lie down flat on it, as it is thin, so I'm not sure someone heavier/wider hips/very big and muscly would do as well, but it works well for my average size. Afterall this has been designed to be lighter and portable rather than a big heavy piece of equipment.

I’ve been using the bench for a couple of months now - overall it does the job but a couple of issues make it not quite perfect.Pros:+ light weight+ easy to assemble (pins can be a bit tight initially)+ easy to fold away and store if space is an issue (altho does still take up a fair bit of space!)+ comfy and stableCons:- does not have a fully upright 90deg setting. The options are either 5 inclines, flat or decline.- the bench seated height is quite tall. This means doing step ups, bridges, Bulgarian split squats etc. isn’t really practical/possible as the angles are all wrong, could do with the bench height just being a little lower (I’m 5 ft 10 for reference)

The media could not be loaded. Weight bench well designed. Looks really good, feels like resistant, the cover material feels very thin but I don't mind to buy an additional cover later, the metallic parts looks like thay are strong and safe. I am not too tall and my weight is 165 pounds so for my is perfect. Its sturdylight weight and compact i can tuck it under the bed when I don't want to look at it. Perfect weight bench for my home gym

I paid $80 for this and I'm impressed with the quality of the build. $80 is about the bottom end of the range for an adjustable bench that folds up.It looks just like the picture, and I think it's pretty sharp looking. It sits higher than I was expecting but not too high. It can be made to incline to a supported sitting position all the way to a decline. It has leg holds for doing situps. The loops for the bands are nice touch as well. It does come with two bands. The padding of the bench is thick enough to be comfortable.Assembly is basically two bolts to put one of he feet on and then put the pins in and done. So pretty easy even if you don't know anything about tools.The most impressive thing to me though is the build quality and sturdiness. Now I've only owned this for a short while but but it feels rock solid. I'm a 250 lbs guy and I can have 100lbs in weight on it with me and it doesn't creek or bend. Just feels really solid. I think it can probably even handle more than the 450lbs it's rated for.The main features I was looking for was #1 sturdiness, #2 folding because I have a small workout space and #3 adjustable. This bench is great in all three aspects.
