Poor packaging use
No problem with the seeds, ONLY THE PACKAGE. This package that the Basil seeds are in, has NO flat bottom to balance bag when using. It is like trying to scoop from a PLASTIC ZIP LOCK BAGGY. So seeds are great, packaging lousy, be careful when scooping seeds out or you will be buying a new bag sooner. Does not balance out on packaging bottom.

Basil seeds is very nutritious
I love basil seeds, I add 2 tablespoon to my Greek yogurt each morning plus other nuts, it keeps me until dinner time. I take it for its nutritional value.
