Don’t walk run to try this product!! It works I spray on my kids pillow after a warm bath. I check in 5mins and they be knocked out.

Amazing!! My 11 month old never falls asleep easily, he’s super active and loves to fight the sleep urge. Since incorporating this step before nap and bed time, things have gotten much easier. He sleeps faster and it helps him get more rest. Only if I knew about this spray 11 months ago. Highly recommend!!!

pretty good
This product actually smells really good. It is strong at first but then settles down. My son does sleep with it but I’m not sure if it actually helps him sleep longer.
