This is the greatest contribution to safe and comfortable driving I have ever experienced! I purchased one for myself as a driver, then another for myself as a passenger in the same car, and finally a third for my husband, driving into blinding early-morning sun on his way to work. The guards significantly reduce glare in both direct and indirect sunlight, lessening eye strain considerably and enabling me to focus on driving and road conditions vs. squinting into brightness. Installation is a snap, works well in my Prius, folds down part-way or all the way, then folds up again snugly above the visor when not needed. If you manipulate the visor along the edges (as you would a CD or DVD), you avoid smudges on the visor itself, although an included cloth takes care of any of those easily. For those reviewers saying the visor is floppy and doesn't work well, please contact the manufacturer to replace your defective unit -- all of mine work PERFECTLY and I wouldn't be without them, and will even consider packing them for use in a rental car when traveling. Very strongly recommended!! === UPDATE November 2017: This company offers FANTASTIC support, beyond "Customer Service" all the way to "Customer Delight", even long after purchase. I wrote to seller to report problems with two of the three visors I've purchased over time. One guard kept losing a specialized screw; they sent several new ones. When those failed again, they sent me an entirely new visor (with a prepaid return label to send the defective guard back for their evaluation). I also had a strap failure problem, and they sent extra straps and Velcro-stickies to attach the strap to the visor. Folks, it just doesn't get any better than this!

I’ll start with the only negative: ITS TOO SMALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, I don’t know how or why they chose this size maybe they own a Lamborghini but the majority of the people I believe who need this are professional drivers with larger vehicles. For myself, I’m on the road most days during the strongest sunshine and the glare off other vehicles and my hood at the highest UV times gives me migraines even with sunglasses. This is a lifesaver but It reduces my view of the road tremendously which can easily be resolved if they offered a model about 5 inches wider and 3 inches taller. Besides that the material is sturdy and does it’s job! Mounts easily and stays where you put it, the position is adjustable and it stays wherever you adjust it to. Feels A little pricey, if it was larger I would say it’s reasonable priced, otherwise but I can’t deny it works!

This is a Rolls-Royce of the Sun Visors, it is a premium and comes with premium service that you can count on. Proudly made in USA. This is my 3rd units for my family. I had a minor issue (not related to the functional, but, maybe I was too picky) on the product, right on, customer service at the company immediately contacted me and made corrective actions. This is the great experience, not to mention on actual product itself. This is a great product that you can use daily, and count on both quality and service. This is a sure product you will never regret Old Review: This is 2-3X times more expensive than other Sun Visors (around $10-$15) at Amazon, but this is the best one so far. Much clear views and block most of glares. Construction is much sturdy and well designed. This visor can be placed at close distance to your eyes, therefore, your viewing angles are almost covering entire windshield. Now, I put away my sunglass and just use this Glare Guard Visor. It is much convenient, and I do not have to touchup my makeup as I do not need a sunglass (woman knows the pain). Previously, tried other less expensive visors (gray, yellow, both), they were last less than a month due to cheap holding materials and designs. I am thinking to buy two more for my family members. This is a great Visor..... Yes, it is expensive, but its quality and polarized visor works great. I just hope that it will last long as reliability side (saw several reviews on hinge holding mechanism under the hot sun.

I can't think of anything that's wrong with this piece of plastic, it's polarized, it's the right color, it cuts down glare a treat, and it hangs from your sun visor unobtrusively until you need it, then it swings down, and "Presto" ,you have instant sunglasses.

My personal opinion to this product GLARE GUARD G Car Sun Visor Extension is as follows: It works as per the product description, it may be a little pricy but I'm happy that it feels like a sturdy product. Period of usage - 30 days. And the following reasons why I have purchased this is as follows: * It is for my wife as the passenger (approx. 155cm - smaller person). The default car sun visor is not long enough to block the sun shining on to her face (dependent on time of day - early mornings or late afternoons). * She is not able to wear prescription sun glasses as it makes her dizzy, and wears her regular glasses all day. So this is an great and most suitable sun visor product for her. * Large enough to block most of the sun glare and compact enough to store the car sun visor & Glare Guard. - Please see attached pictures installed in the vehicle - Subaru XV 2022 model. My overall satisfaction is 9/10, my wife was very happy also 9/10.

夜間の運転で他車のヘッドライトが眩しいので買いました。光の遮り具合は程よく昼間のバイザーとしても、もちろん使っています。輸入品という事で少々お高めですが、金属の板とマジックテープで固定するのでズレやガタがなくしっかりとしています。縦寸法がやや狭いですが私の車にはピッタリでした。

Similar visor extenders fail at the hinge as most have a plastic pivot . These have a separate metal pivot pin and should not lose tension either. The velcro straps also are a good security feature as it should prevent the visor dislodging when opening and storing.
