Mcbazel PC Female USB to Xbox Converter Adapter Cable Cord for Original Gen. 1 Xbox Console

Mostly bought this as a convenient way to attach a small USB Flash Drive to an Xbox to do soft-modding (probably the reason why most people will buy this) and for this purpose it worked great. Some complain about it being a one time use kind of product, but it doesn't have to be as you can easily keep it and use it to help you mod other OG Xbox systems, or use it to plug in a smaller drive (I found a 2GIG Sandisk Cruzer worked great for what I wanted it to do)....and by using the cable and the Flashdrive you can also use it as a memory card for game saves and the like.No problems at all with this adapter, and I appreciated how it arrived in a timely fashion. Will definitely consider seller for other Xbox and Technology needs.

Good cable and works fine for what it does. I used it for transferring save games from one console to another (a v1.0 and a v1.6) or to the pc.The only problem, and it's not this cable's fault, is the Xbox doesn't work with all USB flash drive. I've tried all the ones I bought for the past 20 years, from 256mb to 64gb, and only a no name 4gb was recognized. Just make sure before buying a new flash drive, that it is compatible with OG Xbox before buying.

The first cable did not work at all and I returned. The second one I received worked sporadically. Seemed like there was a short or something as I had to hold it in a certain angle to work. I will be returning this one as well as the quality is not there for the price. If this cable was under $5 I might have considered keeping it as it would not be worth returning it at that price.

Gave it 4 stars as it was perfect for what I needed to it for but knocked a star off because really after the one and only use it becomes pretty much useless to me.
