I got a heck of a deal on this so I bought it. It was easy to put together and took less than 10 minutes. Exactly what I needed and looks great in my bathroom.

I almost did not buy this product because there were several comments that the spindle was difficult to compress. However, a slight counterclockwise twist compresses the spring coils, making it easy to move the two-parts of the spindle together. If you just compress the spindle without twisting, the coils of the spring enlarge causing the assembly to jam.I bought the black version, and am very pleased with the finish. This is a great product at a very reasonable price.It is bit difficult to tighten the set screw in a tight space, such as between my water closet and bathtub. But at a youthful 69 years old and over 6 feet tall, I did not expect that to be easy.

Did not think to check if there were two holder sizes.Someone installed it for me. I tried to put on a Costco/Kirkland roll.OOOps!

Affordable, stylish

We bought this to install in our master bath, and it's near perfect. It's really sturdy, and the paint doesn't chip. The only non-perfect thing is we might have installed the sides a millimeter too close because it's somewhat tight to remove the middle rod to refill TP. But we manage! The installation was really easy, as it came with this paper that you tape to the wall, and you use that to drill hole markers through, and then remove the paper and continue the installation with perfectly spaced marked holes. I thought it was really smart of them to provide that.

I purchased three of these but was unable to install them to use in my washrooms. They are very hard to install and adjust. The inner spring is way too big and tight. The one I did install was unstable and removing the bar to add the tissue was impossible. Although, installed properly it ripped off the wall. I took it down and I will return these.

Easy to install and solid stability. Aesthetic wise it's perfect. My gripes are the spring is insanely difficult to compress to change the roll. Additionally the holder is too shallow so brand new rolls rub on the sides of the arms, leaving lint everywhere.

Nothing wrong just doesn't fit where I need it :(. Hopefully I can still return it

This item really looks good and was easy to install. Fits large rolls of toilet paper but is really tight fit and there's difficulty unraveling paper at the beginning of the roll.

The spring in the bar that holds the toilet paper roll was stiff making it hard to put toilet paper on the roll. I returned it and had another ordered , it was better than the first but still not easy to retract to put paper roll on it.

very challenging to install, the 2 side posts use allan key at bottom to hold. every other style in market just uses a flat screw, but this product makes it so difficult to use allan key to tighten especially in tight arears. and the bar which holds toilet paper is not of good quality, the spring inside shows....not happy with product
