Actually, we bought this product twice this year. There's a terrific amount of dark chocolate in these larger bags. We enjoy it as a little snack or in our yogurt. But, it is better not to order it in the heat of summer. This past June 2025 it all melted together! Actually we LIKED this! We just broke off parts of this nut & chocolate cluster to enjoy. We do recommend purchasing this product.

I was looking for something with just nuts and dark chocolate... not too sweet, not as melty as milk chocolate, no dried fruit, and I was hoping for something other than a ton of peanuts in the mix (I like peanuts, but a variety of nuts is nice). The dark chocolate isn't too sweet and pairs beautifully with the roasted nuts, particularly with the almonds, cashews, and pecans. No peanuts which was a nice change. In my opinion, the pecans take this to a whole other level. The roasted flavor of the nuts pairs perfect with the deep, dark chocolate flavor. Most importantly, it is a great snack to bring on a hike and helped sustain energy, and I appreciate the bigger bag as I can customize the portion I need depending on my activity. This just feels like a "trail mix for adults". I do wish it was a little less pricey, but considering the ingredients, it's probably fair.

Ordered the 6 pack, received 7. This mix is my favorite mix. It's perfect for snowmobile rides.

This mix never disappoints!! As a chocolate lover, the chocolate squares in this mix are top grade chocolate and is in every bite. Excellent quality nuts and the combination is well thought out. Keep in a dry cool place. Never lasts long enough in my house to worry about freshness.

These do not last long in my household, every one take one. i will have to order more soon and hide them from the family. very good and easy for a family , that is on the go.

I've had this item before and it's an excellent product. However, the order I just received was not up to par. All of the chocolate inside was almost white, like it was very old chocolate. It isn't out of date, so I don't know what happened. I understand that I can't return it but I shouldn't have to pay for something that I can't use. I've attached two photos.

Know what you are buying. I blame myself for this purchase. Unless you really like almonds a lot, I would try another trail mix. Way too many almonds. Very few pecans and chocolate. Other than that, trail mix is fine.
