Batter Up IndPD-750-SPM Softball Pitching Mound

So I get people make mistakes. But when you wait for a Softball Pitching mound to show up and a baseball pitching mound shows up instead , not happy. Then you call customer service and get told I have to wait 2 business days for a phone call, because they have to contact the warehouse before I can send this one back. Now really mad. You want your money up front well I want my product and service up front as well. Waiting,waiting,waiting Unhappy coach. Let's see if this is resolved in a timely manner.
