Great Warn Quality and looks bada$$ on my Jeep
Solid Warn quality -- love my Zeon 10k winch. Installed on my new Smittybilt Gen2 XRC bumper on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Caution: You will have to use a metal grinder hand tool to grind away the 2 ears on the Jeep's bumper where the Smittybilt bumper attaches for the Winch to fit otherwise the Warn will sit on the winch plate but will not be able to move forward enough without hitting the ears to line up the holes on the winch plate with that of the winch. Once done, the Warn fits perfectly and is a trouble free install probably about 60 minute install with grinding & installation etc. Looks fantastic -- on my Jeep. Chose the tried and true steel rope over synthetic -- just being old fashioned :) Pics attached.

Excellent winch
Winch is perfect, I have an Iron Cross Bumper, the only thing I had to do was relocate the cable's, to make it work, common on this type of bumper.

Be carefull what bumper you have
This is a great looking winch. Many bumpers don't work with its symmetrical design. I had one made from LOD off road for my 2013 jeep rubicon.

A Winch from His Wench
Hubby loved the winch for his Bday. I thought it was going to sit on his man room floor forever so he and his friends could sit and bask in it's glory but he eventually installed it. It is extremely heavy. Delivery guy told me "if this is the wrong house, you can keep whatever it is because I refuse to carry it back to my truck." Hubby used hand trucks to move it around as needed. After a bruised toe and some modifications to his jeep bumper he got it installed himself and is very satisfied with the results. Plans are to use it in the event the jeep and/or travel trailer we pull with the jeep gets stuck somewhere. According to him everything needed for his particular install came with it. He just had to rationalize the best way to make it happen. All the adaptions work. The electronic pull mechanism cord is long enough to operate from inside the jeep if needed. Bumper had to be removed and something metal had to be cut off the jeep with my Dremel before it would fit but after that it fit like it came factory installed. I think he read the installation instructions that came with it but eventually found some good vids on YouTube that made his plan come together. He has a 2012 Call of Duty Jeep Rubicon. It took him about 3 days to install himself. (If only I could get him to complete something on his honey due list that quickly.) He did an awesome job and it looks really good.

Fit Perfect !
I have a '14 JKU Rubicon, with an installed Warn Elite front bumper. So, as to be expected, the Warn Zeon fit perfectly in the Warn Elite. The hardest part was figuring out how/where to route the power and ground wires. Your air box/cleaner is removable, once you remove them, the way to route the wires becomes pretty obvious; you can take advantage of a plastic shroud that runs all the way down the passenger-side wall of the engine compartment (after the air intake box) to the battery. The power and ground wires were the perfect length for the wrangler install, not too long or short. It was a father son project, we started at 4:00 and were completely finished and rolling by 6:00 including one soda break. In fact, I recommend having your 12/13 year old help you, his smaller fingers were able to more easily get the installation hardware in place than mine, actually we probably saved time because of his participation.
