I am on the 10th bottle and up the dosage, taking 2 instead of 1 per day due to extreme hair loss from stress and bad eating habits. These have been helping me a lot, and I have seen significant changes since I took these. Would highly recommend these to anyone look for a daily supplement too. They have all the necessary vitamins not just for hair.

Works great! I'm fasting and pursuing a Keto lifestyle. I've noticed considerable hair loss due to fasting. When a friend recommended this, I was happy to try it. It really works, and does what it claims to do, with no sugars or fats.

I'm sure these capsules are really good at what they're supposed to be doing, based on the ingredients. However, I'm taking them on an extended fast, therefore I'm only supposed to be consuming water, black coffee etc. When I take these, I keep burping, which is really uncomfortable and causes me to worry about irritating my already delicate stomach. I'm now adding a bit of creamer to my coffee as well as drinking lots and lots of water when taking them. Hopefully this will work because I bought these advisedly to take when fasting. If not, I'm going to have to wait and take them when I begin eating again. Which would kind of defeat the purpose of getting them in the first place.

And it has a whole bunch more vitamins and minerals to help your body and your hair. I have taken Biotin many times, and my hair has gotten to my waist. It has never been that long in my life. So I feel good taking the vitamins and minerals to keep me energized and help keep me healthy.

Though they advertise these for keto diets and the like, these vitamins are suitable to help prevent hair loss on any occassion. My husband seems to love to do the keto diet off and on and it really increases his hair loss, so he is trying these to see if they make any difference... so far, he seems to think it does. I am rating it four stars for its marketing angle... though I am still unsure what makes this formulation any different from the typical hair loss vitamin formulas.

Once, several years ago, I detected more hair in the shower after eating low carb for so long. I ordered these just to stave off any future hair loss. Mostly, I don't have any hair loss, but I think I had some that one time. Since I'm currently NOT experiencing hair loss, I thought I might take these supplements every OTHER day rather than every day, as a precautionary measure. Hopefully, they'll work and I'm happy to have them. NO adverse effects, no side effects, etc. Easy to take.

I follow the keto diet and am pleased that I am losing weight - as I don't want to lose my hair (apparently this can happen) I have started using these vitamins. My hair hasn't fallen out at all but i'm not sure if thats cos it wasnt going to or whether these supplements have worked. Regardless these supplements can only help me

I got these because my hair, quite frankly, was in a sad state. I don't particularly follow keto diet but nonetheless, these supplements have worked wonders in a fairly short period of time. I've been taking them about three weeks now, and my hair and nails are gradually beginning to get back into shape. The supply is for three months, so it will be interesting to see how much more improvement there will be at the end of that. The capsules are clear, have no odour of flavour and are easy enough to ingest with water. As for price, as there's three months worth, it's pretty reasonable.

I have been on a Keto type diet for over a year to reverse my diabetes but my hair and nails are suffering - I hope these nutrients will help. 1. You get 90 capsules in a white plastic branded bottle with a white plastic screw top lid. 2. There is a clear plastic tamper-proof seal on the outside and also a paper seal under the screw top. 3. The dose is one capsule per day, so this supplement will last you about 3 months. 4. There are a great range of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, including a 5000% dose of Biotin per capsule - that you might become deficient in, if on Keto or fasting diets. The Amazon product page states 'Biotin is the key vitamin that's been scientifically proven to boost hair growth in individuals with deficiencies'. 5. I have been taking them for about 3 weeks now. They are not too big to take easily with water for me. They have a yeasty smell but no taste that I can discern. I have not had any side effects but can't say that I have seen any difference in my hair. I assume it will take longer to be of much help - perhaps the new growth will be better but that will take time. 6. The product is made in the UK, is sugar and gluten free without 'junk fillers'. The capsule is made of a methyl cellulose, so I presume it is suitable for vegetarians but that is not mentioned on the product or Amazon product page. 7. The best before date on my bottle is 23/11/2023. In summary - a good mix of ingredients designed to target any dietary deficiencies that might be causing poor hair growth. I am yet to see any improvement but have high hopes. The price of £16.99 for 3 months supply is fair to a little high, in my opinion.

I decided to try these as when on keto i noticed that my hair was coming out quite a bit and due to having fine hair i don't have an awful lot to loose. I took these in the hopes that this would stop but i didn't feel they made any difference at all to the amount of hair i was loosing. It was just another tablet to add to the supplements but as it did not work for me i would not try these again. They don't really have any taste to them which is good as alot of tablets have strong potent smells/tastes which can be off putting.
