This is one of my favorite tools in the kitchen. I use it weekly - nothing sticks and it’s easy to wipe clean.

This is a fantastic little griddle pan, perfect for everything from pancakes up to steaks. It heats and cooks evenly and was dead level when delivered. The protective handle is functional and esthetically pleasing.

The griddle is awesome but the wait time was 7 weeks so if in hurry might want choose another kind. I have not had anything stick yet.
