This shoes can go for men as well?

Usually to convert from women to men’s, you subtract 2 sizes to know what the men’s size is. (Ex - women 10 = men 8). It’s not always exact, but I’ve used this method with other brand running shoes, like Nike.

Is this good for walking ?

I have three pairs. I use every day as well as walking on trips. Great shoes.
