I cut my shirts, sweaters and jeans all the time and wow these scissors are fantastic! So easy to use and very sharp and give a very clean cut!

the screw nut tends to rust. Although the blades are sharp but the nut has to be adjusted virtually each time. i would expect that the fit of the blades should be virtually permanent
