I need something that will clean and remove old built up wax/polish. Is this the product to get that done?

Twenty years ago I got this product originally free with the purchase of a $11,000 21 drawer Gentleman's Chest by Ralf Lauren. I have used nothing else and can attest to the orginal shine and no build up. As far as build up on wood I can help remember me asking a cleaning woman working at the 400 yr old Trinity Church in lower NYC what product she was using to clean the benches. She said she has used vinegar & water for 37 yrs before polishing.

can this product be used on wood floors and would the spray remove water spots from the floor?

I have never used the product on wood floors; however, I do use it to polish and protect wood furniture. It was recommended by a carpenter. I doubt that it would remove water spots.

Can you use this product on laminate and veneer furniture?

You can absolutely use this product on wood veneer. It is, in my opinion, the best furniture cleaner / wax on the market. I wouldn't think you would use a product for wood on laminate. That is a special type of finish that is not supposed to need waxing or finish renewal as it is baked on usually. There would probably be a cleaner especially recommended for laminate finishes, but it likely varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Will this buff out light/super fine swirled scratches on a cherry table?

I don’t nbelieve it will. I use it as a polisher or clear on my SS refrigerator. I honestly have never tried it on buffing out a scratch.
