No phone number to call with questions regarding the product.
I received TWO remotes with the product with no instructions on how to use them. Nowhere is there a contact phone number to call if customer has concerns or questions regarding the product. Very unhappy.

No Disney +
Update on this is Amazon has reimbursed me for this, thank you Amazon, but I realize now that this a knock off, please when buying find one that says certified android TV box.This is the second box I have purchased, and very disappointed that Disney+ is not on this one even though it’s says it is. I do not like false advertising at all for the price I paid not happy as this was one of the reasons why I bought it for the Disney+ app.

Very disappointed
I thought this product was new, but it came in a tattered box with the remnants of a Kohl's sticker removed, indicating this was a returned item. Worse, the extras advertised (3-in-1 charger and universal remote) were not included. Unacceptable.

The king of media streaming boxes!
The media could not be loaded. This Formuler GTV is hands down "all you ever need" media streaming box, it runs on Android os which is huge, you can download so many apps from the google store. All the streaming services you can think of is in this box (Netflix, Disney, Prime, Crunchyroll etc.) On top of that it has built in Chromecast (You can also find plenty of apps that will allow you to Airplay. Comes installed with a IPTV app ( MyTvOnline) you can also find other IPTV apps on the google store. Also has Bluetooth so you can connect a speaker or your headphones, or keyboard etc. The remote it comes with is great and you can program it to work with your tv so full control of everything with just one remote!Honestly this is all in one, if you have this GTV box you don't need anything else.
