Easy to punch down and they clip into the standard keystone slots. I tested them with iperf and got 942mb/s through a switch and the server running on my synology nas. So it’s is likely gigabit for sure through cat5e. I don’t have a means to test 10 gigabit unfortunately but for my applications that is more than enough. I am sure it’s rated as I chose these because there are UL rated.
