Work exactly as they should, what a relief!
I injured my ankle some months ago and it resulted in some gnarly bottom of foot pain, which after some research and recommendations led to me trying these out.I have size 12 feet and these fit great- they're really squishy and stretchy, so I'd imagine they would fit all kinds of sizes. I love that there are two types of separators included- you can actually wear the smaller ones inside of (somewhat loose!) shoes/sneakers. But I mainly use the bigger separator, and really these have helped sooooooo much. I just put them on once or twice a day now for 20-30 minutes, especially after walk or workout. Couldn't recommend more!

Toe separator
I have very bad hammertoes,so product is very gentle. It helps a little bit but will never fix the problem.

Great deal for 2 different pairs
Two different types of spacers! They each work a little differently depending on what is bothering your foot. Provides relief from constant shoe pressure. Can be used for yoga. Wife says they can be used for painting nails. Great value for 2 sets.

They "kind of" work?
I've used yoga toes before But thought I would give these a try. The price was good, and they send you two different kinds of toe separators. But neither of them did much for me. I'm going to order some Yoga Toes.

I'm glad I gave these a try; not expensive, but nicely made and they seem to really work
After much research, and indecision as to what might possibly help me without wasting more money, I decided to give these a try. The ones that I almost bought, that were so highly recommended and made by a foot doctor were $65!! On a fixed income, I just couldn't gamble like that.-I have a lot of foot problems. And now have developed Tailors bunions on both feet. That's the painful bump on the outside, near the little pinky toes.-My insurance won't pay a dime for foot issues. I can't do the surgery, or afford so-called foot therapy or treatments.-My feet are sensitive, and I wanted something gentle on them. The theory is that by spreading the toes out gently, it will help align the inner bones that are being pulled and causing this bunion to increase in size (and hence, pain, due to rubbing).-I wear as wide a shoe as I can, to not rub; but even the compression stocking I must wear are enough "rub" to cause pain at times.Bottomline: these ARE helping. I can only wear them for an hour or two, while laying in bed at night. But they are gentle, no hard/rough edges to cause chafing. They material is very springy, and easy to pull between my toes. I have limited mobility and arthritic hands, and even I can get them on fairly easily. For my toes, I like the set with the open tops. It's great they send you 2 sets (one open tops, one closed loops), so can choose which suits your needs best.TIP: I put some Gold Bond powder into a little zip loc baggie; after rinsing and patting dry, I pop them into the baggie for storage when not using. The powder that clings to them when I take them out to use makes them glide like butter onto my toes.I have read it takes several months to really see long term benefit. I've only been using these a few weeks, and even then, I'll admit I'm not as consistent as I should be. But they DO seem to be helping. I will come back in several months to update my experience (hopefully I'll remember!).

Recommended for fans of high heels
I wasn't sure what to expect. Some people dismissively identified these as only good for painting nails, but I would call that a bonus function.I'm in love with cute shoes and I've been wearing heels almost every day for the last 23 years. As anyone who loves heels knows, the cost of adorable shoes is paid by your feet.I wore the ringed separators for a couple hours yesterday after they arrived and the ringless separators while I slept. I woke up to a right pinky toe that no longer slightly overlaps the toe next to it and a left pinky toe that required a little more time in the separator. I wore the separators for a couple more hours and voila. Left pinky has also stopped its clingy behavior.I don't even remember the last time all my toes didn't look like they were trying to merge mermaid style, and now they all look like happy, normal toes again. My feet feel fantastic!!I have no diagnosed foot issues, so I can't report on what this product will do for more serious problems, but I would expect this would be a good tool for preventing more serious issues and as such I plan to wear these as often as I can.Since starting a running regimen last month my feet became a hot, blistered, calloused mess. Two weeks ago at bedtime I started rubbing tiger balm on my feet and covering them up with socks so they could heal while I slept. My blisters have disappeared and now that I've added the separators they're happy feet once again.I didn't have to work my way up to wearing the separators for an extended period, but last night (the first night using the product) my pinkies woke me up in protest. At that point it had been about 5 hours so I removed the separators to give them a break.Wonderful product. Sometime this week once I'm back at work I'll take a "before" photo after work (I'm typically in heels for about 12 hours a day) and an "after" the next morning so you can see the difference.

uncomfortable
These are really uncomfortable and awkwardly spaced. I have used toe spacers before. These are just too firm. I recommend a more flexible version that can mold better to individual toes.

Seems to help
I've used the separator only one day so far. It seems to help. It did a good job separating my toes and straightening them comfortably. I'm developing hammer toes, so wanted to try to stop the process, if possible. The separator is kind of sticky. It fits over my toes easily and is soft. It does make my foot wider, so I had to find some big, loose socks to put over my feet, because it's winter and my toes were getting cold. I wore it while watching TV and while sleeping. After I removed it this morning, already my toes seem straighter and less crooked upwards. So far I'm pleased. I plan to use it every night while sleeping.
