Reconsideration of Initial bad review.
I had initially given this product a low review, not so much because of the product but do to the incredible long shipping period it took for the supplier to send it to me. Since I originally submitted the owner of the supplier has personally contacted me and made arrangements for complete satisfaction. I was very impressed that the owner would take his time to review the feedback and take action directly. It does not absolve him of the initial problem but truly shows his willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy his customers. Was not able to access my initial feedback otherwise I would have adjusted it as well
