Need to know if comes with a small difusser

yes.it has the dial switch on the handle grip. you can choose 125v or 250v

It is exactly 5 inches. This is a great dryer. Very light weight, but does the job!

Does this dryer have a "cool shot" button/option?

No. But otherwise this little dryer is perfect. It has a lot of power for it's size. We have a small bathroom with little storage space so it is the only hairdryer I own. I have no complaints about this mighty machine.
