This pan is fantastic. I’ve used it many times now and have zero complaints. I’ve followed the directions on use and cleaning. I was apprehensive due to some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I went for it and purchased this pan. I’ll be buying more in some smaller sizes, but this size pan is heavy but not cast iron heavy and nice and large for cooking for a big family. It’s also extremely versatile in use due to the size, lid, and shape. You can use it for about anything! I haven’t had anything stick on this pan, which makes cleaning an absolute breeze! It makes cooking weeknight meals super quick and easy due to the ease of cleanup. I also haven’t had any issues with scratches with following use instructions. So far it’s been worth every penny!

also für den Preis, solch eine hochwertige Pfanne ist mir schon ein Rätzel wie das geht.....5 mal benutzt immer noch kein Problem entdeckt. Ich bin total begeistert. Sehr groß mit 32cm Durchmesser. Da passt alles rein. Nix schwappt da aus der Pfanne raus beim umrühren. Und super genial, die Beschichtung. Kein anbrennen und trotzdem sehr gute Hitzeverteilung. Hatte vorher eine exklusive Tefal Jamie Oliver im Einsatz. War ok, aber nach 3 Jahren deutliche Spuren und für Mega Portionen immer noch zu klein. Es ist eine Freude mit dieser Pfanne jetzt zu kochen. Ich nehme grundsätzlich kaum Öl. Trotzdem brennt da nix an. Der Deckel ist auch brauchbar. Da bleibt das Essen lange warm und auch die Wärmeverteilung ist beim kochen ideal. Hoffe die Pfanne hält lange. Sowas brauchbares hatte ich noch nie gehabt. Absolute Empfehlung. Ich rate dazu Silikon Besteck zu verwenden, damit es keine Kratzer gibt.
