Excellent CHI Air Expert First Iron
Wonderful iron! The results are smooth hair that does NOT get burned from lesser quality irons. Typical, famous CHI - love it! (Only downfall is that it wasn't boxed. It was shipped in its original packaging. I don't recall being given the option of concealing the product. Therefore, if you don't want anyone to see your product, I recommend looking for the option to conceal the packaging.) That is all.

Works Great - just as expected
No creases from using. This chi flat iron is tried and true. My last one lasted about 10+ years. It had an electrical issue so needed to replace. I have very thick and curly hair, only flat iron about 1-2x/month. This chi works great! Would order again. Would recommend.

Good buy
I had a Chi before this purchase for 10 years. This one was quite a bit lighter then my other one so I was skeptical at first and thought it was a cheaper product. My hair straightens quickly with 1 pass and is left smooth and shiny. I am very happy with it.
