Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max (512GB) - Silver

I was very hesitant about buying an apple iPhone from amazon, but since I wanted to buy iPhone with facetime in Dubai, I had no option but to buy from Amazon. I was very reluctant and was not sure whether the product is genuine or is it per the description. I placed an order and received it within two days as promised, great news it is the right product, it has facetime, and the price was better than any kiosk in the malls.

Loved it. Very happy and satisfied with the product received. It's international version (US variant - MGCN3LL/A), was worried about the carrier lock but it's unlocked. Battery backup is excellent, looks and feel great. Little bit heavy and uncomfortable with single hand as it is a Max variant. Overall good and happy. Thanks Amazon for quick delivery within 12 hours on prime trial and for delivering the genuine product as mentioned in the product description.

This is my first ever iPhone and Product was received before committed date. 100% Original as I verified the serial number on Apple's web site. Don't hesitate to buy if it's directly shipping from Amazon Store. Good Luck to everyone! :) Thanks to Amazon!

Item arrived on time but I'm still skeptical with its autheticity as it's way more cheaper compared to the other retailers out there, specially mall stall prices like sharaf DG, Emax, and etc. But the time I unboxed t'was flawless, and when I checked its serial number to Apple Official website it's 100% legit with 1 year warranty. overall purchase experience was great and highly recommended.

First off, I upgraded from a iPhone plus 8 which was on its last leg haha! This iPhone has great battery life, I could be watching videos for long periods of time and I still won’t need to charge up until the end of the day. Face recognition was something I had to get used to since I was transitioning from a phone with a home button to a full screen display. Once I got used to it, it’s actually pretty easy to use, and it still grants me access even with my glasses on! Storage capacity is great, will be ending more tho haha overall, I’m super happy with my purchase and since I was already with cricket, the process was super easy!

The absolute worst experience buying anything off of amazon point blank, first of all, like at least half dozen others on here Even tho the listing says it’s shipped and sold by Amazon (which I do have screen recordings and receipts to back up every bit of what I’m about to say) anyhow the phone I got first was shipped to amazon from Apple in 2020 and since both times I ordered the phone looked and technically brand new however the battery’s had expired 5years in storage will do that to lipo packs. Listing also states in comes with the sim and cricket carrier subscription, neither of which I got. Also the phone will not power on and will only flash the Apple logo for a second and back to black, oh and that’s only when plugged in (if you’ve worked on phones you know that symptom can be duplicated by disconnecting the battery’s ribbon cable connection or if it’s got a complete over discharged dead like permanently dead batt. ….so I was sent a broken phone twice order one the Apple agent stated that the phone had been activated before and they couldn’t cover under warranty because I never got to sign into my account on the device…Anyhow after discovering this I reached out to amazon customer support who were zero help and said they could refund me but not replace the phone even tho it states you have 15days to refund or replace the item for reasons beyond me. So id have to place a second order. So I thought instead of paying a second time and waiting on a refund I’ll contact Apple to warranty it instead and I then find out that since the device is within the 15day return window Apple will not warranty it as Apple considers amazon a 3rd party to reflect so far So The listing explicitly states that this listing is for 3 items; One brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max 512gb in pacific blue, SIM card and a month carrier subscription from cricket wireless. Two of those weren’t delivered at all no SIM card and no carrier plan….So out of the 3 phones I’ve ordered being (2) 512g iPhone 12pro max blue as well as a 128g iPhone 12 Pro Max silver & none of the 3 worked justed flashed the Apple logo for half a second and would repeat that cycle endlessly when plugged in if it wasn’t plugged in it wouldn’t even do that. The fact of the matter is that back in 2020 is when they shipped from Apple to Amazon’s warehouse they’ve sat there in the past five years batteries degrading so these phones are new old stock and amzn is charging outrageous prices for them and then not even sending working phones or giving the customers the agreed SIM card and carrier plan and also they state that the Apple care plus plans take affect upon delivery and I was told today that’s not the case as the phones too old even though right on the listing Amazon offers it with AppleCare…supposedly once you have signed into the new device with Apple account on the device the Apple care plus plan takes affect, but seeing as the phones won’t power on, you can’t sign in. so this listing is a giant oversight and 50/50 you will get a phone with a bad battery unless something changes that goes for the 512gb 12 pro max in a pacific blue & 128g silver at least cuz that’s the only ones I can speak on from experience
