Is go care an authorized jura dealer? how can i be sure these are actual jura cleaning tablets and not a knock off?

Are these used instead of the separate cleaning and descaling tablets? do they work in the jura capresso ena>

You wii still need the decalcifying tablets , I always used both. The cleaning tablets are used for all Jura fully automated machines including ena.

How often should i use these pods?

If your machine is a Jura it will say clean on screen when needed. It is monitored by the number of cups made. I end up cleaning about every 2 to 3 months. I would guess it is about every 200 cups of coffee.

Is this the same tablet sold as 63408?

There is no 63408. The Jura part number is 64308. All the Jura machines use the same tablets.
