less tired and winded and drained from pregnancy
I am already feeling nourished with these products. The effects were not sudden nor immediate. But I'm pregnant and it is not easy for me, so I doubt I'm going to start doing cross fit 24/7 because my energy is so thru the roof because of the capsules. Because I wanted to get in all them for pregnancy, I did slowly introduce but in quick succession, so I'm not exactly sure what is benefitting what. Or maybe they all work together. I have cross posted on the other supplement links in case no one sees this review here on this one product. The gallbladder one definitely has reduced my pregnancy sludgy gallbladder acting up by about 90-95 percent. I take one in the middle of each meal. I don't have to restrict fats. Though I find eggs plus say raw milk together still gives me the runs. Before I couldn't handle anything more and more, I was getting diarrhea on and off so regularly I was getting worried. I'm massive grateful about this. I don't even take the full serving amount per day, just 1 capsule in the middle of each meal I eat.The winded, collapsed, breathless and weak sensations have reduced drastically. I'm take blood vitality, liver and heart. What's strange is I hate organ meats (as part of a meal) and after taking them a few weeks, I suddenly started randomly craving liverwurst (which i havent eaten since I was a kid) and pemmican! That's kind of random.I don't know if connected but I can taste my food better recently and some tastes more accurately after nearly a year of parosmia following covid. It still has a long way to go, though. Rome wasn't built in a day.Lastly, I ran out of blood vitality and liver for a couple days and could feel it! I'm not sure exactly what was wrong, but I just was not quite right.Oh, I forgot to mention I have had keratosis Pilaris all my life and it has gotten soooo bad in recent years. It has just about completely disappeared and my skin in soft and glassy. (This is despite high dose Omega 3 supps and fish oils for years which did nothing for it.)Thanks to the customer service for reaching back out to me out of the blue to find out how these supps were working for me and what I needed. They even offered me an extra bottle of Blood Vitality and encouraged me to share the word of my improvements on the product links. I found the product reviews super helpful as I lay on the couch trying to make decisions what to buy, feeling awful. AS helped me initially target which products to get for the issues I was having (Primarily I had become intolerant during pregnancy to my methylated multivitamin and b vitamins and had tremendous aversions to it. I was starting to puke just the vitamins up alone hours later. Like my body kept the foods and got rid of the vitamin. I decided to switch over to a whole foods nourishment and double checked with a naturopath to be certain. I'm sticking to about 10k iu vitamin a limit because I'm pregnant and AS helped me figure out that I could take liver, blood vitality and the heart and be just under the wire.) The ones AS recommended were:Gallbladder (bc I was having problems and the naturopath suggested some sort of ox bile as support)TallowBone MarrowLiving Bone (this is like a calcium supplement replacement - needed when pg to grow baby bones and not suck the calcium from you and your teeth)HeartBlood Vitality (because I had symptoms of slightly low iron - I'm getting conflicting messages from two different drs, one says woah your iron is so low and the obgyn NP who wouldn't send me for more iron bloodwork because yours is in range for pregnant women and pregnant women run low???)LiverFish EggsUnfortunately it is really expensive, but I had to do something. I wish there was a cheaper alternative where people can save a few dollars getting a non encapsulated version of the same thing with an appropriate serving scoop and just mix it into applesauce, chug it or yogurt or something. I find it quite challenging to take like 500 capsules a day - I do, but I wish I could get it over with in one big mouthful, sometimes the capsules get stuck because there are so many and you have to eat something more to push them down. My kids said if I ever become a saint, my statue should have me holding a capsule in one hand.I try to keep my bone marrow and living bone more separate from the liver, heart, blood vitality in case it interacts with iron absorption.I still take a methylated folate capsule due to pregnancy, a little extra zinc (which had been in my original vitamin), occasional vitamin d (because I have good levels already), magnesium, vitamin c, and a digestive enzyme just with dinner.

Low Ferritin low Iron or anemic? This is worth a try.
I'm not much of a review writer, but this experience has been so positive I practically want to shout from the rooftops. Almost one year ago to the day I came home from the emergency room. I had been struggling for months, truthfully for years. I had a period that would not stop. I won't get into the gory details, but suffice it to say some days I couldn't leave my house. I was gasping for air walking up a half flight of stairs, and sometimes even just going across a room. Fatigue was consuming me. I had zero energy. I was super depressed. My iron levels were at 39 despite taking sublingual iron supplements several times a day. My Ferritin was only at 3. I was told in the emergency room that I was becoming anemic. It cost me $1900 to have them take two tubes of blood to tell me that and then do nothing for me except tell me to go home and take ibuprofen. I had been trying so many things for years and nothing worked. When I got home I got it in my head I needed to eat nothing but liver every single day until the madness stopped. But I knew I couldn't stomach that. So I started searching for some kind of liver pills. Well the stars lined up and thankfully I found Ancestral Supplements. I emailed the company explaining my situation and asked for some guidance on where to start. I wish I could say I took some supplement and the rest was magic. But it wasn't like that for me. I was one of the ones that started having detox reactions. Not right away, but as I increased dosages. Again I was emailing the company. It felt like I had a guardian angel on the other end of that email. Someone whom I never met before helped me. I would have to try something and back off. I had to start with 1/32 of a teaspoon at a time and increase several days later. Long story short, during these first couple of months, Ancestral came out with this product, Blood Vitality. This seemed to be a huge game changer for me! It seemed to be the right combination in a way that I was able to continually up my dosage. With some research and cheerleading from Ancestral I managed to get myself up to 3 capsules of Blood Vitality, 1 Thymus, 1 Kidney, and 1 Intestine per day. And let me tell you my life is completely different today. My flooding periods are a thing of the past. I have had several perfectly normal ones that I didn't even know were how they were supposed to be. I now walk 3 miles most every day, much of it up big hills without any gasping. I have lost 15 pounds. My headaches have been drastically reduced. My sleep is much improved. My hot flashes have mostly gone away. My depression has mostly lifted, and I even tried learning to wakeboard this summer for my 50th Birthday. I would never have dreamt this to be possible this time last year. And just because I was wondering if I was imagining all of this improvement I recently had my bloodwork done. My iron is at 73 and Ferritin at 40, and I no longer take any kind of iron supplement. My A1C is down. My thyroid numbers that were always borderline trouble are now near perfect. If you have been struggling with low iron and ferritin issues I highly recommend you give the blood vitality a try. I don't attribute all of my improvement to just that supplement as I do take several others as I mentioned. But I think it was key to me beginning to feel much better. When I recently stopped some of the other ones I felt myself slip back a little. And I am by no means perfect, but I cannot begin to explain in words the difference. There is something to be said for giving your body the nutrition it is begging for. I hope you will not have any reactions like I did, but if you do, email the company and see if they can help. Go slow. It is worth it. It has been the best year I have ever invested in my health. I truly feel like a million bucks! I look forward to more and more continued improvement thanks to these products.
