Extremely potent product! Just FYI, This should be taken under medical supervision, get your levels checked prior to starting this supplement. The max level of vitamin D is 4000 units daily for most adults. This product is 5000 units. I took this daily and experienced insomnia my vitamin D levels were so high. It definitely works!
