After many years of wanting to install one of these, I did as I knew that I was not going to be moving to another place. Comes with a good template to mark the places to drill the holes. The included spirit level was not as accurate as my own and have read that from other reviewers. So, you might use your own. There is a +/- 3 degree rotational movement on one plate to compensate for this or if you were off when drilling the holes. Easy to do when drilling into concrete. Has a good range of motion for my use. Installed it at the appropriate height so don't strain the neck or eyes while watching. An excellent buy.
