Hi, yesterday I received My order and unit stopped working after 15min and I requested repair/replacement of the unit. Since unit came with 2 controllers and game, do I need to attach all accessories with unit for the repair/replacement or just console? Thanks,

Please see an update to this review! 😁🙂 Yet again, more cr** service from Amazon. As far as I am concerned I have been ripped off by Amazon - so even though I have been a customer for more than 5 years, that does not seem to matter to them, so on what Planet are they ACTUALLY the 'most customer-centric company' - not Earth, that for sure 😠 I had already been dissapointed due to my 2nd Dec order of a NEW PS4 Slim 500Gb console with Fifa 21 & ONE DS4 controller (£279.99), being cancelled on the 15 Dec, so I had to find another PS4. By that time I had already spent over £300 on games & a DS4 controller & game bundle!!! I wanted to know what would actually be delivered if I purchased this other PS4 Slim Console 1TB with Fifa (20!!?? - for over £400!!!!!). Their own description is still very poor compared to that provided by multiple 3rd Party Sellers of PS4 consoles. So after I asked questions on the website (answered by non uk resident 'customers', but NOT by Amazon!!!!!)............. I phoned up Amazon to ask at least what is or should be 'in the box'. Amazon either could not or would not say what would be, or should be, in the box. They did not provide that info on their webshop app either. Nor did they say that the item was originally intended for 'the german market' (which presumably includes Poland), & that the retail box would have POLISH text all over it - as does the Fifa 20 game disc box. It also says on a sticker bottom of console box - NOT shown in pic - 'Edition Germany' typed in Polish! The PSN codes for the DLC are also already expired as of three months ago on September 30th!!!!!! For a product they claim is a NEW item. These codes are not free, they cost real money!!!!! IT IS NOT NEW WHEN THESE CODES HAVE EXPIRED!!!!!! Even worse the codes would not have worked even if not expired!!!!! I got two emails as a result of my phone calls - one from Jason C in South Africa who said documentation would be in multiple languages, but he did NOT say (in the email) that it would include English. He also said I would get the CORRECT power cable. Jason said the product image was accurate (wrong, wrong, wrong!!!!!!!!), & therefore backtracked on his statement that the product would be withdrawn due to insufficient or inaccurate product description. It was NOT withdrawn, and the product description was NOT ammended to reflect the reality of what would be delivered, so 'box contents' info was STILL NOT PROVIDED, on the webshop site. The picture therefore was (& IS) still showing an image of a retail box with GERMAN text. I was delivered a product with a POLISH language retail box, POLISH language documentation, a POLISH language game disc, and a TWO PIN power cable - no adapter either to allow use in UK!!!! UK REQUIRES A THREE PIN PLUG!!!!!!!😠😠😠 The image was at time of purchase & still is, NOT ACCURATE AT ALL. I am BRITISH, this item is sold on the UK website to a UK customer!!!!! Another email from an Indian all centre 'rep' also said I would get the correct cable AND English documentation. I got NEITHER. I still did not know the codes were already expired!!!! The network codes for DLC content & PS Plus (which cost real money) are unusable. Playstation Support say they are REGION SPECIFIC. Which means even if they had not already expired on my 'NEW' product, they would still NOT have worked anyway!!!!!!! So what value is already lost due to the price of my purchase obviously including a game & dlc codes I can't use because I don't live in friggin Poland?????? I had to make more phone calls - including one connected to a 'supervisor' called Michael. He even suggested I should check the consoles sold by 3rd parties for a better description of box contents (of what AMAZON would provide??????🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄😒😒😒😒🤔🤔🤔). WTF has a third party seller got to do with what Amazon provides with what Amazon sells???? 3rd parties sell 3rd party items, & often provide BETTER descriptions than Amazon, but I don't know the 3rd party sellers, and can't speak to them either, so don't trust them enough to spend 100's of £'s on 'their stuff'. Despite these issues I still went ahead with the purchase - directly from Amazon since I don't trust sellers I don't know - and because I had invested far too much of my time, energy & money already (more than £316!!!!), to go back to the beginning (after selecting 'buy now' was 'guaranteed' a delivery on 28th Dec. It arrived on the 30th.🙄). Amazons only response is to suggest I return this item (PS4, 2 DS4's & Fifa 20 - £416+) as well as all the other 15 game discs, & DS4 controller & game bundle, because they 'can't' supply me with the right 3pin power cable or English Documentation - including console user manual - or an ENGLISH version of Fifa 20. They CAN do that - since they are selling Fifa 20 (English version) on a disc, by itself. I believe they could easily get correct documetation, & they could also provide the right cable as well, since they are probably selling them seperately too. They are a multi billion dollar company, there is almost no such thing as 'can't' with them - more likely it is more like will not. That's over £700 of sales they are going to lose because they either can't be bothered to, or are incapable of, providing accurate descriptions of what they actually deliver! So when this happens that is their response. I believe they just don't want to. Customer-centric? My @#£&!!!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😒😒😒🙄🙄🙄😵😵😵😵😰😰😰😰😱😱😱😱😤😤😤😤😤😤😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 UPDATE!!!!!!! As of now Friday 01/01/21: I have changed my rating to three stars from original one star, but only because of help finally given by some actually helpful people at Amazon South Africa. I would give 5 stars but only for 'Yashi/Yasha?' and 'Sadiya', who I spoke to in Amazon RSA. Now three stars for the review because they at least helped get me a partial refund for the ps4 problems, plus I do not have to return the UNSAFE replacement cable (from KEPLE) to get a refund for it either. 😁 But I still have the unusable (in the UK) Polish Fifa 20 game disc, 😐 I had to buy a 'UK' power cable as a 'extra' to power my PS4, that turned out to be also unusable, just like the 2pin power cable that the ps4 came with. so only 3 stars because I still do not have english documentation nor a suitable 'UK' power cable so still can't use the ps4 🤔🙄😒 And apparently my (german edition) 'NEW' PS4 which is now over a year old, will supposedly actually work in the UK - according to 'UK Playstation Support' who I spoke to two days ago - WILL supposedly work in UK?, since consoles are NOT region specific? Unfortunately games with foreign language instruction manuals and foreign market dlc codes ARE region specific because dlc codes are tied to that countries psn accounts, so polish dlc codes need a polish psn account, and even if the Polish version Fifa disc operates in uk, the manual is unusable, so the game is too. 😒 All very silly Amazon, I mean really, surely you can do better than this can't you ???????
