Bottle size: I didn't expect the bottle to be small in size. But anyways it doesn't bother me too much. Capsule size: For me personally the size of each capsules is just fair, not too small, not too big. So far the capsule doesn't taste weird. For 3 consecutive days of taking 1 capsule per day, I've already seen an improvement in my muscle shape. Been lifting heavy weights but muscle sores are less. But i experienced going to toilet immediately after i took 1 capsule in the morning. it happened only once..now I'm on my 2 weeks of usage..NOT BAD

I bought these to try after learning that anxiety , in some cases , could be caused by a lack of , or imbalance in amino acids . After taking for 4 days there was a noticeable lessening in my anxiety level . Worked for me , but your mileage may vary . Also , was advised to take strictly according to directions as overuse could actually increase anxiety levels , so that's what I did , and no issues . I like NOW products . they always seem to be of high quality .

Great product, hard to find a capsule, most of these are hard pills and hard to swallow. These do not smell bad and are easy to swallow. Have been buying this brand and kind for few years.
