I have tried many different natural methods to take along side with medication for my very high anxiety disorder. My hopes have been that I could find natural ways to help calm myself down without having to reach for emergency anxiety medication as much as I had been. This product has truly been a life saver, since using this product I have cut my need for Xanax medication in half which for me is wonderful because Im trying not to become addicted to the medication and only use it when I REALLY REALLY need it. I highly recommend this supplement for anyone looking for a safe alternative to high anxiety or to help you monitor your medication in a way that's not so highly used.

I had someone recommend these and bought them off amazon out of convenience but they weren’t gummy at all. Seems the good reviews have received packages straight from the company and seem to be packaged well with company brand packaging and all. Those chews look to be in good condition, a normal Amazon order seems to be lacking in quality. The “gummies” aren’t gummy at all. They technically aren’t expired but they are not chewy at all. Not sure if they are even safe to consume. Tried one and hurt my teeth. I’ve heard good things but they are from buying them in person at Erewhon. Would definitely not order from here. You can’t return, replace or refund.

I really like these chews...The only issue I have is that the chews can be a little hard to chew, but overall it has a good taste.

These are not instant, but after a week or so of daily use I found my mood improving. These are also not instantly chewable--you need to let them sit in your mouth about twenty seconds before you can chew them. Flavor (berry) is quite nice and the container is convenient. Docking a star as I find the price a bit high and wish there were 30 in a tin instead of 20. UPDATE (March 2025): Recently ordered a new batch and noticed that these are now proper chews--no longer need to let it soften. Certainly an improvement.

I genuinely thought I ordered rocks , when i opened the package i was scared to say the least i was expecting a nice orange gummy texture but these things are hard as rocks. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!

The gummies are VERY hard and difficult to chew. I’m not sure if this is intended or I just got an old batch. The flavor is ok but aftertaste not so great.

Best mood gummies I’ve ever tried. I keep them in all of my bags. They VERY effective for me when I’m feeling overstimulated; they bring me right down to a calm, neutral place. These are a MUST PACK for me when I travel and they always turn my mood right around when I’m feeling overwhelmed at work. Finally, I find them incredibly effective when I’m feeling socially anxious.

I was hopeful to try these but they are not chews at all. They are dried out and hard. The betlst by date is 3/25. There is no return policy so I can't even get an replacement. PYM if you happen to read this comment. I really like your cause and what you're trying to do. But I would suggest you try a different packaging. I loved the tin it came in but I would have much rather had a resealable container that kept the air out and kept the chews moist.
