So when we opened the box the area that is between the plastic body and the anti slippery top was unglued at the sides. Maybe they store these at 100 degrees but is not acceptable for a new product. We don’t see the option to return.

Overall OK, good size and is being used as intended. Reason I deducted two stars is that this is an Amazon original product so there is no excuse for the product you receive being less than perfect as manufacturing, handling, storage and distribution are totally under Amazon's control, which should ensure products are fault-free. After glueing the two sides (long sides) I have been able to use it effectively, though the glue has caused a still visible mess which is a shame for any product, let alone one that is brand new. I still need to also get around to glueing the short sides (top of the step platform), a chore I do not find inviting. AMAZON: If you are reading this - suggest to include a small tube of colour matched glue with this product, as I do not think mine was a one-off problem. If you do, you get 5 stars from me.

We love it

I have had this step for several months and have no complaints for the price paid. I use it while using weights for a bodypump style workout, so I can only really comment on how I found it for that rather than using it as a traditional aerobic step. It has been of similar comfort to using the ones supplied at gym body pump sessions I have been to. It is a proper sized step so able to lay on and support back for chest press parts of the routine, it is also sturdy enough to carry out push ups, tri dips etc and it doesn't slide around even being used on a laminate floor.

Ottimo prodotto stabile e soprattutto permette a chi lo adopera ad allungarsi in posizione supina, permettendo un ottimo appoggio a livello delle scapole e a livello lombare...Unica pecca? è il prezzo che aumenta giorno dopo giorno, né avrei comprati altri 2/4 ma ho disistito.Per il resto ok a pieni voti.

It's the perfect size for step exercises. The height adjustment doesn't click though but it works just fine. Good for the price!
