Simply brilliant! This phone, although sold as a budget phone, is no slouch. Performance wise - no problem at all. Blackberry hub - the BEST productivity software ever, and blackberry DTEK50 software helps to manage ANY permissions from any apps you install. With light use i am getting 2 days of battery life easy. This phone is especially good when bought together with the Blackberry's Smart Pocket which allows you to answer calls and view notifications and read emails whilst your phone is in the case. Superb! keep it up blackbery!

The device at the time of purchased and based on ratings was a very good product which met my requirements. It has been a reliable device and over the course of time the battery without which devices run slowly became problematic. Within minutes of a full charge it would be down. I now found myself having to charge the device multiple times a day. As I type the device has been rebooting itself whilst on the main charge with difficulty getting past 1%. As much as I like BlackBerry devices the battery let's down the product. I would now be switching to a different brand name as I am ever reliant on a working Cellphone. This is an honest appraisal after less than 2 years of use..

This phone worked well when I bought it a year ago. Suddenly it came up with a message recently saying it isn't a Blackberry Device and isn't working the way it was originally set up to do! I did as recommended and restored it to factory settings - twice. It still says it is not a Blackberry device. I tried to update it from Android 6 Marshmallow - last done in 2018 - but nothing has happened. As Blackberry is no longer supporting their devices, I expect it has been taken over by another, anonymous company or person.....BE WARNED - the Blackberry Security it was know for, is no longer viable. If you are happy to download extra security apps the phone works fine.
