Received cutter. I noticed that two blades were on it? Is it suppose to have two blades attached to it for it to work properly?

How does this product use a 12V battery?

I don't understand how you would think it does use a battery. NO battery needed, I'm assuming you are looking at something besides a rotary cutter.
