This is great. I would buy it again. I am told Cinnamon lowers your blood glucose and so I take these mostly based on that but I can't swear they work. I don't know for sure but I'll keep taking them, as my blood glucose is usually relatively low.

Seems to be a more effective cinnamon. Fairly priced.
