Got this for my vegan bro for Xmas, looks like a nice and well made book, I'm sure he'll love it. Can't tell if it was used or it got damaged in shipping, but for the price I got it at, I don't really mind and doubt my bro will either. Also, if your American, just remember you'll have convert some numbers cause the author is from UK and they use different units of measurement then we do.

All the recipes look really appetising and easy, with simple-to-source ingredients! Don't think there's even one I wouldn't want to try. Can't wait to cook from it. Bit too many pics of the author, not enough pics of the food, but that's a small complaint.

Loads of really exciting recipes. I have tried a few and they were lovely 🥰. I particularly enjoyed the bao buns. Most do take a little time but they are worth the effort.
