Great book for lazy boys! Getting my 9 year old to read is hard work because he would rather be watching car programmes. However, 3 pages into this book and he was hooked! He read 50 pages in his first sitting and laughed his head off. Great book if you just want to get some practice in.

Never mind my son...I loved this book! I'm a big fan of David O'Doherty myself, so got this for my son because I knew he'd appreciate the humour. This is a very funny book, we all love it!

A bit odd! Started reading it with my 10 year old who loves reading and was quite into Tom Gates books,diary of a wimpy kid etc but this book has a quirky,perhaps slightly annoying choice of style and topic. I didn't enjoy reading it with her so have left her to continue, she's not speeding through it though and says it's okay but a bit weird.

My daughter (10) absolutely loves this book so much so she convinced her best friend to get it too. It's perfect for her age group with enough to keep her interested she especially loved it when 'noel' told her to close her book and jump on it! Would highly recommend especially if you child doesn't like reading.
